Dissolution of European Nuclear Technologies LTD (ENTECH)
Following a review of strategy and business development plans by ENTECH's parent
organisations, SGN and Weir Strachan & Henshaw, it has been agreed to discontinue the
ENTECH joint venture company. SGN and Weir Strachan & Henshaw believe that they can best
offer their products and services to the UK Nuclear market directly. Please contact these

ENTECH is a joint venture company
that brings together Weir
Strachan & Henshaw and SGN
into a single entity that can provide a full Nuclear Decommissioning capability
to the UK client. Through SGN's extensive knowledge and experience of
Nuclear processes, decommissioning and clean-up, and Weir Strachan &
Henshaw's market leading abilities in high integrity handling systems,
ENTECH is able to facilitate the delivery of large complex contracts that form the majority
of the UK's drive to fully decommission and store its legacy nuclear waste
in a manner which is safe, environmentally sound, on-time and to budget.
